4. Production Details


1) Column:Smooth surface, strong UV resistance, colorful, easy to fall off, corrosion-resistant.



2)Platform:Platform carrying capacity (in line with the EU EN1176 standard), using high-strength punching plate, the surface is processed by rust removing, oil removing and sand scraping process and dipping treatment, has good safety and anti-slip performance



3)Plastic parts: Manufactured by rotational moulding of South Korea imported food-grade colored plastic LLDPE material from Samsung corporation, non-toxic harmless, the color of plastic accessories is not easy to fade in the outdoors. And the wall thickness of the plastic parts are above 8mm.



4)Iron pieces:(Pipe quality are in line with the requirements of BS1387-1985 standards, technical standards meet the requirements of BS1387-1985) welding using argon arc welding and CO2 gas shielded welding (in line with GB / T8810-1995 requirements), the surface is processed by rust removing, oil removing and sand scraping process, and treated with double-level house spraying and high-temperature curing, smooth surface, anti-ultraviolet radiation, bright color and easy to fade.

2.How can we order a right outdoor playground for our kindergarten or community?
Firstly please plan your size of place,then keep a safety space of 200 cm for each direction.That means if your place is 2000*1600cm, the outdoor playground should be equal or less than 1600*1200cm.

3.What is your payment terms ? How do I pay?  
Pay by T/T (Wire Transfer), Western Union or Money Gram, PayPal, Credit Card. 30% as deposit, balance after finishing production before shipment.
